I called to voice my concern and was told I'd be sent a gift card in the mail by an asst. mgr. A few weeks went by and I checked in. I was told I needed to talk to the head mgr., who was unavailable so I waited a few more weeks to finally talk to him (Aaron Paulson). I was then told they changed their mind and weren't going to do anything about it. WOW. Terrible customer service. I own a business and couldn't IMAGINE leaving a client or customer feeling this way ...December 11, 2016
